OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Process Mining Consultant with 10+ years of total experience including 2-3 years of experience reading, interpreting, and translating process mining insights into decisions that process efficiency and/or effectiveness. This role will partner with business stakeholders, process owners, continuous improvement (CI) analysts, and digital and technology (D&T;) to deliver use cases using process mining technology, to create as-is process maps, and convert data-driven findings to business-actionable insight. Sitting within the Strategy & Operational Excellence function,



this person will be responsible for supporting key initiatives under General Mills' CI and process mining program.

The ideal candidate combines robust analytical and process-improvement discipline with a practical understanding of how process mining and business intelligence outputs work, enabling them to partner effectively with Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and D&T.; This person should be able to translate technical process mining output into structured, plain-language narratives that business stakeholders can act on and help drive improvement opportunities from insight to committed action.
