At Lonza, we are looking for a Senior Director, People Development and Enablement to lead the development and execution of our global Learning & Enablement strategy, shaping how our people and leaders build the capabilities needed to support Lonza’s long-term success. This strategic leadership role will oversee a diverse portfolio spanning learning products, digital platforms, leadership development, employee engagement, and enterprise capability solutions.

Based in Hyderabad, you will partner with senior leaders and the global HR community to translate business and capability needs into scalable, innovative solutions.



You will lead cross-functional and agile teams, drive the evolution of our digital learning ecosystem, and use employee insights and data to strengthen engagement, leadership effectiveness, and organizational capability across Lonza.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve Lonza’s global Learning & Enablement strategy, frameworks, standards, and governance, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational capability needs.
- Lead the global portfolio of learning products and solutions, driving consistency, quality, scalability, adoption, and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
