Role Overview
You’ll be the engine behind Vibecoderz’ 20K+ paid users and $100K+ MRR milestones. Where the CMO drives brand, community, and culture, you will focus on funnels, experiments, and monetization levers. You know how to run growth like an engineer: structured, data-driven, and always measurable.
Your obsession is activation, conversion, retention, and LTV. You’ll orchestrate paid acquisition, A/B tests, SEO/ASO, referral loops, and pricing experiments — all while keeping developers (our users) at the center.
This role demands someone who can blend creativity and rigor, who can craft narratives that convert and pipelines that scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy & Execution
- Own Vibecoderz’ growth engine from awareness to retention.
- Define and optimize funnels (sign-up → activation → subscription → renewal).
- Drive experiments across pricing, paywalls, and onboarding flows.
- Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Run multi-channel campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, GitHub Ads, Discord boosts).




- Build and scale paid acquisition pipelines with strict ROI focus.
- Continuously optimize CAC:LTV ratios.
- Monetization & Pricing
- Own pricing strategy for Free, Pro ($19), and Teams tiers.
- Run pricing tests to maximize conversion and retention.
- Define and execute upsell/cross-sell strategies.
- Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Build lifecycle campaigns (email, push, in-app nudges).
- Reduce churn through proactive communication and win-back flows.
- Partner with Head of Community on Discord-led retention campaigns.
- Data & Experimentation
- Define and enforce event taxonomy across product.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests with statistical rigor.
- Set up dashboards for cohort analysis, growth metrics, and funnel drop-offs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with CMO on storytelling and GTM.
- Partner with CPO on growth-driven product features (referral programs, virality loops).
