What would you do? • This role is part of the Global Capability Center GCC and is designed to take on key sales administrative and data management activities currently handled by Customer Engagement Support Executives CESs.
The objective is to free up CES capacity for higher value client facing strategic work while the GCC team delivers accurate timely and process driven operational support.
• Supporting the sales for License training pricing budgeting and negotiation Backend support
• Equip sales teams with the right content, training, and data to drive sales activity.
What are we looking for? • • Bachelors degree in Business Commerce Economics or a related field
• • Relevant years of experience in sales operations data management MIS reporting or a similar analytical support role
• • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel lookups pivots data cleaning and PowerPoint
• • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to run quality checks and spot data discrepancies
• • Solid written and verbal communication skills for cross geography collaboration
• • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliverables simultaneously under tigh
