The Executive Human Resources Leader for India will be a pivotal figure within Huron's human resources organization and the India country leadership.



This role requires a cooperative and dynamic leader who can successfully navigate a matrixed organization model, ensuring cooperation and alignment both within the HR function and between the HR function and the business. The leader will represent the needs and priorities of both the HR function and the business, providing day-to-day leadership to all team members.

This influential leader will be an essential member of both the global human resources leadership team and the country leadership team. The role will drive an integrated people strategy that supports India's accelerated growth, partnering across the function to enhance global functional excellence and transformation.
