Role Objective / Major Purpose of the Job
Responsible for driving strategic leadership in physical security, loss prevention, asset protection, and administrative security operations across all plant locations, corporate offices, and offsite assets. Oversees global estate security, executive protection for the promoter family/VVIPs, security technology integration (CCTV, VMS, electronic barriers), crisis response, loss prevention programs, and high-level liaison with government, police, and airport authorities to ensure zero business disruption.

Principal Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Policy Implementation
Formulate, review, and implement global and plant-level Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), physical security policies, and directives to align with corporate risk strategy.

Oversee CAPEX and OPEX budget planning and control for security systems, security equipment, and vendor contracts.

Design and execute proactive loss prevention initiatives, counter-strategies, and anti-theft, anti-sabotage,



and anti-forgery mechanisms across manufacturing and corporate assets.

2. Security Operations, Asset Protection & Technology
Direct multi-site physical security, access control, personnel safety, material movement tracking, and weighbridge operations across manufacturing plants and warehouses.

Implement and manage CCTV Command Center operations, remote security setups, electronic gates, boom barriers, tyre killers, and screening equipment (HHMD/DFMD).

Conduct risk assessment audits, identify dark patches and critical operational risks, and process emergency alarm responses 24/7.

Supervise security for offsite assets, MD House, promoter family executive protection, and guest houses.

3. Incident Management, Intelligence & Investigations
Conduct formal investigations into unwanted activities, thefts, pilferages, accidents, and security breaches, preparing comprehensive incident reports and corrective acti
