Position Summary

The National Service Sales Head will be responsible for driving and expanding the service sales business across India. The role will lead the strategy and execution for recurring services (maintenance contracts), retrofit, modernization, digital services and lifecycle solutions, with a strong focus on order growth, revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition and retention and market expansion.
The incumbent will lead a national sales team and work closely with Service operations, Engineering, Projects, Finance & cross functional team to create a customer-centric, creative and scalable service business model.
