Bühler India is looking for an experienced and inspiring business leader to take on the role of Head of Services & Sales (SAS) – India.

In this position, you will lead Bühler’s Sales and Service business across India, covering our three businesses: Grains, Foods and Advanced Materials along with driving profitable growth, market development, customer relationships, people leadership, and P&L; performance. Working closely with Bühler’s regional and global teams, you will strengthen our market position and further develop a customer-centric, service-led organization.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Bühler’s Sales and Service business across India for Grains, Foods and Advanced Materials, ensuring alignment with regional and Group objectives.
- Define and execute an integrated India strategy to drive profitable growth, market share, customer value and sustainable P&L; performance.




- Strengthen Bühler’s market position through strategic customer engagement, key account development, new customer acquisition and expansion into relevant market segments.
- Accelerate service-led growth across service agreements, spare parts, retrofits, upgrades and lifecycle services.
- Drive commercial excellence through robust forecasting, pipeline management, business planning, performance reviews and disciplined execution.
- Build a solid customer-centric and service-led culture while leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams with clear succession and talent pipelines.
- Develop and optimize Bühler’s channel partner and distribution network, ensuring market coverage, partner capability, governance, compliance and commercial performance.
