This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of sales and distribution performance across an assigned territory. You will manage distributor relationships, strengthen market coverage, and drive achievement of commercial targets. The position combines field sales, customer management, sales planning, and performance analysis. You will work closely with distributors and their sales teams to improve execution and unlock recent business opportunities. You will also monitor competitive activity and translate market insights into actionable recommendations. This is a hands-on commercial role suited to someone who enjoys working directly in the market and building strong channel relationships.

Accountabilities

Drive territory sales and distribution performance by achieving assigned sales targets through field visits, personal selling, and effective execution of the distributor/RS system.

Manage relationships with distributors and strengthen distribution infrastructure, ensuring the sales network has the capabilities and resources required to deliver business objectives.

Monitor distributor and sales-team performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, coverage, and customer service.

Plan sales activities and work with distributors on route-to-market execution, customer management, and opportunities to increase business.

Use ROI calculations and market performance data to evaluate commercial opportunities and improve the effectiveness of sales investments.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to expand business and improve the competitive position of the territory.
