About the Role

As a Product Development Manager, you will be part of a whip-smart team responsible for driving and building cutting-edge products to support growth and increase revenue business metrics for a particular destination.

This is a high-impact role, where you will be responsible for the growth and success of the destination/category. The role encompasses managing critical metrics such as orders, GMV, and NPS,



with the support of cross-functional teams, including marketing, revenue, and operations

What will you be doing:

Strategic Initiatives:
- Managing the entire product life cycle for your destination from planning to execution.
- Building holiday product portfolio roadmap for geographical region / travel themes by understanding the latent demand.
- Creating holiday travel products based upon consumer insights/needs, which would include various critical aspects like experience sought, average spending capacity, food and travel preferences etc.
- Defining destination product vision and strategy and source market opportunities.
- Owning destination revenue roadmap basis price benchmarking and cost optimization through supply advantage.

Collaboration:
- Collaborate and manage interaction with cross-functional teams to drive destination agenda with multiple functions like Sales, Contracting, Marketing, Finance etc.
