- Deliver projects successfully across R&D;, Clinical, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory and Compliance, Marketing, Cost Reduction, Digital Transformation, Platform Implementation, and Automation. N
- Serve clients as a LifeSciences Subject Matter Expert. N
- Collaborate with teams and clients to define long-term vision, goals, and strategies. N
- Demonstrate strong consulting and advisory skills, including analytical capabilities, and ability to synthesize content, and translate it into sound recommendations and deliverables. N
- Implement problem-solving procedures to enhance efficiency in resolving customer issues. N
- Create and implement strategies and solutions to maximize customer satisfaction. N
- Effectively communicatefindings and ideas in a clear, focused, and persuasively. N
- Demonstrate a strong commercial mindset by optimizing deal pricing,



contributing to revenue-generating activities, and closing sales conversations. N
- Support team-building activities through recruitment, motivation, and learning with a solid focus on people development. N
- Coach junior consultants on core consulting skills and subjects with experience. N

nPrimary Skills/Requirements:

- n
- 3-6 years of experience in management consulting or relevant roles within the life sciences industry N
- Exhibit a strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive, and energy N
- Comprehensive understanding of life sciences industry trends and regulations N
- Experience in one/ two of the following LS Areas- RQS (Regulatory, Quality, and Safety, including Pharmacovigilance), Clinical Trials - Protocol designing, Clinical Data Management, Trial Master File (TMF), Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Analytics, Quality, Audit/ compliance, Connected Health, HealthCare HCP engag
