This is a remote leadership opportunity for an experienced engineering skilled to guide software development teams and oversee the successful delivery of critical technology initiatives. You’ll serve as a key connection point between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and other departments. The role combines technical understanding with people leadership, project oversight, coaching, and strategic planning. You’ll help teams overcome delivery challenges, maintain momentum, and consistently meet project goals. You’ll also play an important role in developing talent through mentoring, feedback, training, and performance management.
