Role Overview
The Vice President will be responsible for driving growth in the Oil & Gas vertical, managing key customer accounts, leading strategic initiatives, and expanding Incture’s market footprint globally. This role requires robust leadership, business acumen, and deep understanding of the Oil & Gas value chain, along with the ability to build lasting client relationships and scale revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. Key Customer Growth
- Manage strategic Oil & Gas customer accounts across global market units.
- Drive revenue growth from $5M to $20M over the next three years for products and services.




- Build and maintain strong C-suite relationships with key clients.
- Identify new growth opportunities and develop strategic account plans.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team comprising Sales, Pre-Sales, and Consulting resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience across touchpoints.
- Regularly travel to meet key customers and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

2. Recent Customer Acquisition & Market Development
- Develop and execute global marketing campaigns in coordination with Marketing and SAP Industry teams.
- Support regional market units in acquiring new customers and manage their transition to the vertical account team.
- Identify and establish strategic GTM partnerships within the Oil & Gas ecosystem.

3. Industry Solutions & Innovation
- Collaborate with SAP Industry Verticals to align solutions and integrate into SAP Industry Cloud GTM.
