Nproducts for end-to-end home design projects as per the SLA and TAT. ● Assisting
Ncustomers while they shoponline;
guiding them on the best design products for their
Nhomes.

- Inbound & outbound expereince required. N
- Keeping records of customer interactions and different transactions, recording N

ndetails of complaints, comments, and inquiries.
N● Follow up with stakeholders to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on
Ncustomer requests and complaints
N● Escalate unresolved customer requests, pass on grievances to higher departments

- Make reminder calls to clients, send follow-up emails, and schedule appointments N




- Feedback calls to customers N
