nWeare looking for a high-ownership Founder's Office Generalist to work closely with the leadership team on high-impact business initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and has experience across GTM, strategy, operations, and sales enablement.
NYou will work on criticalprojects across functions, drive execution, and help turn strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.




NKey Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on key strategic and business initiatives. N
- Support Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, market research, customer segmentation, and growth initiatives. N
- Drive cross-functional projects across sales, marketing, product, and operations. N
- Build and improve business processes, dashboards, and operating mechanisms. N
- Support sales enablement through research, pitch materials, competitive analysis, and GTM insights. N
- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and growth. N
- Take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive them from ideation to execution. N
- Prepare presentations, business reports, and strategic recommendations for leadership. N
