NThe Enterprise Sales Hunter is LearnQuest's primary current-logo acquisition leader responsible for driving strategic enterprise growth across India & APAC. This role owns the complete enterprise sales cycle, builds C-level relationships and is accountable for generating USD 200K–500K+ in annual new business while expanding LearnQuest's footprint in AI Enablement, Technical Training, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Learning Services (MLS), LMS and Workforce Transformation solutions.
NThe successful candidate is a self-driven hunter with a proven track record of opening enterprise accounts, building executive relationships and closing complex B2B opportunities.
NKey Responsibilities

- Acquire new enterprise logos through proactive hunting, cold outreach, networking, referrals and account-based selling. N
- Develop and execute territory and account plans with a 3–4x qualified pipeline. N
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CHROs, CLOs, L&D;,



HR and Procurement leaders. N
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, closure and account transition. N
- Identify, qualify and close opportunities across AI, GenAI, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Cybersecurity, Leadership Development, Technical Training, LMS and MLS. N
- Expand existing enterprise accounts and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities. N
- Partner with delivery, marketing and leadership to create winning solutions. N
- Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy and margin discipline. N
- Represent LearnQuest atexecutive meetings, industry events and partner engagements. N
- Ensure excellent clientsatisfaction and long-term strategic relationships. N
