We are looking for an Associate Data Governance Analyst to join our Data Governance team in Bangalore. This is an amazing prospect to work on data quality and data governance of customer accounts The team consists of four people and is reporting to the Team Lead of Data Governance. We have great skill set in researching, analyzing, and managing accounts and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in data quality management and data governance frameworks.

About You
- Must have minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data Management, or a closely related data operations role is required.
- Must have experience supporting customer account data maintenance activities, including account setup, data cleansing, basic hierarchy research, and identifying data discrepancies.
- Must be comfortable working with business applications and data management tools; Salesforce CRM experience is preferred.
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree in information systems, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics/Data Science, Business Analytics,

What will you be doing in this role?
- Collect and organize data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy.
- Perform routine data validation checks to ensure accuracy and consistency within applicable systems.
- Maintain and update data records and accounts in applicable systems.
- Identify and resolve basic data issues and discrepancies.
- Document data definitions, sources, and procedures for future reference.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and support quality initiatives

About the Team

The Data Governance team ensures the accuracy, quality, and consistency of customer master data across Salesforce and finance systems. The team supports account setup and maintenance, data quality initiatives, hierarchy management, governance processes, and continuous improvement efforts.
