Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading the 6Q Analysis project on behalf of Enterprise Operations Finance. The role is responsible for driving financial management by analyzing, reporting, supporting business decisions in terms of portfolio management (Gen-on-Gen), commodity/product SKU mix in Personal Systems and contributing to operational and strategic success.

Responsibilities
Overall focal point for Enterprise Operations Finance in the 6Q Analysis project for Personal Systems
Primary tasks include :
- Close collaboration with commodity managers on current (actual standards STD), forward cost projection & slide presentation of Commodity Analysis prior to monthly Executives’ review
- Partner with commodity managers, IT support to validate & investigate costing discrepancies in S4 & icost
- Engage with Procurement Finance on latest Flash projection (PPV, Rebates, Standard Revision) to incorporate into 6Q Commodity analysis




- Responsible for quarterly SKU analysis including current STD cost refresh & maintaining historical cost for both Gross & Net Cost
- Engage with Procurement Finance on latest Flash projection (SC cost tracker by FP&A;, Intel/AMD rebates, Procurement Crystal Savings) to incorporate into 6Q SKU analysis
- Partner with GBU cost leads on slides preparation & commentary for SKU analysis prior to Quarterly Executives’ review
- Close collaboration with Viking team on issues, costing/visual enhancements
- Provide mentorship & guidance junior analyst in the 6Q Analysis project to ensure deliverables are met & on timely basis

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications
• Certified Public Accountan
