- Lead the overall QA/QC function across residential construction projects.
- Establish and implement project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures.
- Monitor quality of RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, painting and finishing works.
- Ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements and checklists.
- Review and approve Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Work Inspection Requests (WIR) and quality documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality issues, defects and deviations.
- Coordinate with Project, Execution, Design, MEP, Architecture and Consultant teams for quality-related matters.
- Ensure proper implementation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Control Plans.
- Monitor concrete quality, including slump tests, cube testing, concrete pouring and curing procedures.




- Ensure testing and approval of construction materials through approved laboratories/vendors.
- Identify snags and non-conformities and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct snagging and de-snagging inspections for finishing works before handover.
- Review workmanship and ensure compliance with required quality standards and tolerances.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports and NCR documentation.
- Conduct regular quality audits and toolbox/training sessions for site teams and contractors.
- Monitor contractor/subcontractor performance with respect to quality.
- Investigate recurring quality issues and implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during project handover.
- Drive continuous improvement in construction quality and reduce rework and defects.
