nIntel EMA Design & Implementation

- n
- Design and deploy Intel EMA in enterprise EUC environmentsn
- Configure EMA server, device onboarding, and access modelsn
- Define personas and supported use cases (VIP, remote users, break‐fix)n

nRemote Support & Device Recovery
n
- n
- Act as SME for out‐of‐band endpoint recoveryn
- Support remote troubleshooting when OS, VPN, or network is unavailablen
- Reduce onsite visits and device replacement through remote recoveryn

nOperational Support & Incident Handling
n
- n
- Serve as L3 escalation for Intel EMA related incidentsn
- Support Service Desk and EUC teams during major incidentsn
- Develop standard recovery playbooksn

nSecurity, Access & Governance
n
- n
- Enforce secure access controls for EMA usagen
- Maintain audit logs and compliance evidencen
