- System Configuration & Maintenance: Configure, upgrade, patch, and manage OpenText Content Server (OTCS) and OpenText Directory Services (OTDS). N
- Custom Development: Design and customize complex workflows, forms, and system solutions. N
- API Integration: Integrate OpenText applications with external enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs. N
- Troubleshooting: Handle software infrastructure incident management and resolve complex technical support issues. N

- Experience: Generally 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in OpenText administration or development. N
- Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Java, XML, SQL databases, and web services (REST/SOAP). N
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with OpenText products including Content Server, Archive Server, and xECM. N
- Soft Skills: Robust analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills N
