About the Role:
You will own security and compliance across our finance and digital platforms. This role ensures end-to-end compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Implement KYC/AML, audit logs, data encryption, and compliance controls.
- Work with external VAPT vendors and auditors.
- Define security policies for mobile and backend systems.
Requirements:
- 6–8 years in security/compliance engineering.
- Knowledge of SEBI/IRDAI, PCI-DSS, GDPR standards.
- Hands-on experience with encryption, IAM, secrets management.
