Job Role:
- Being head of the location need to have skill set to manage large team.
- Should have strong interpersonal relationship and skillset.
- Maintain relationships with manufactures and dealers.
- Sourcing New Customers.
- Cross sell Banking product to CE new and existing customers.
- Maintain ownership of customer w.r.t relationship, recovery (documents/overdues) and up gradation of customer status within KMBL/ external (like assisting customer in mobilization of funds, PE, IPO etc.,)
- Should be focused & process oriented.
- Should be willing to travel extensively within the regional territory.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 to 7 years work experience of handling in all Retail and Strategic/ Corporate customers
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA).
Competencies:
- Positive at Relationship management.
- Well versed with all banking products.
- Good in analyzing the Financials.
- Should be able to deal independently with Risk & other internal operational departments.
- Knowledge of CE Finance and related products for Infrastructure Segment customers
