1.Network Security Engineer – Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and manage network security solutions (Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, etc.).
- Monitor network and security systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Manage and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, and security devices.
- Perform regular updates, patching, and system maintenance.
- Coordinate with OEMs and internal teams for deployment and support.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, changes, and support activities.
- Track support tickets and ongoing tasks to ensure timely resolution and smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:




- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in network security or IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, and network security concepts.
- Hands-on experience in configuration and troubleshooting of network/security devices.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity solutions and best practices.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or security certifications) will be an added advantage.
