Summary:

A skilled-level project manager responsible for complex, multi-project delivery. You will be managing standard to mid-complexity projects; additionally, you will lead complex, high-value or multi-product projects and influence delivery standards.

Role Purpose

To deliver projects predictably at scale, ensuring governance compliance, commercial performance, and strong customer outcomes across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities




- Own end-to-end delivery across projects, balancing scope, cost, timeline and quality while maintaining consistent and repeatable delivery performance.
- Apply governance standards and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, providing accurate and timely reporting.
- Build trusted customer relationships and ensure successful onboarding, go-live and transition with low escalation rates.
- Manage utilisation, forecasting and margin across the project portfolio, while contributing to continuous improvement and sharing delivery best practice.
- Delivery milestones meet agreed targets, with reduced delivery variance and high first-time-right delivery rates.
- Governance compliance meets agreed targets and risks are mitigated before impacting delivery.
