Job Description

Sustainability Expert responsible for delivering GHG accounting and verification, CBAM emissions verification, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), EPD assessments, and other sustainability assurance and advisory services across the Middle East. The role will have a strong focus on GHG and CBAM verification activities, including review of emissions calculations, source data, emission factors, monitoring methodologies and supporting evidence.
The ideal candidate is a technically solid Environmental Engineer with consulting experience, a positive and proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.




- Conduct Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions calculations in accordance with IPCC Guidelines, ISO 14064-1, GHG Protocol, CBAM requirements.
- Perform GHG verification and validation activities in line with: ISO 14064-3, CBAM, International verification standards
- Develop decarbonization strategies and carbon reduction roadmaps for industrial facilities aligned with: SBTi requirements, Net-zero and corporate climate commitments
- Conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and prepare Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs)
- Perform climate risk assessments aligned with: IFRS S2, TCFD framework
- Conduct environmental and ESG audits against: local environmental legislation & International environmental standards
- Provide advisory support for ESG ratings and disclosures, including: CDP, EcoVadis, Other ESG benchmarking platforms
