We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support and execution assistance for SCADA, PLC, and IoT-based automation systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of industrial automation, field instrumentation, communication protocols, and system integration, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Job Description

Provide technical support for SCADA, PLC, HMI, and IoT-based automation systems.Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial automation systems and related hardware.Handle integration and communication of various industrial protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, OPC, TCP/IP, MQTT, and other communication interfaces.Support project execution activities including installation, testing, commissioning, and site acceptance testing (SAT).Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and field instrument issues.Configure, calibrate, and maintain field instruments including:
- Flow Meters
- Level Transmitters
- Pressure Transmitters
- Actuators
- Motorized Valves




- Other process instrumentation devices

Assist in preparing technical documentation, wiring diagrams, panel drawings, operation manuals, and project reports.Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and customers for timely resolution of technical issues.Monitor system performance and provide preventive maintenance support.Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.Provide remote and onsite technical support whenever required.

Candidate Profile

B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related discipline.

Additional Notes

Robust knowledge of SCADA systems, PLC programming, and IoT protocols.

Hands-on experience with field instruments and industrial automation.
