Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to understand testing needs.
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects through the complete defect lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis for defects and provide detailed testing feedback.
- Validate application functionality across different environments.
- Maintain testing documentation and provide regular status updates.
- Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.




- Ensure software releases meet defined quality standards and business requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
- Valuable experience in test case creation, execution, and defect management.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Good knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
