The Opportunity

As Oracle HCM Application Specialist within the People Systems team, you will support and enhance Thiess's HR systems and technology landscape, applying strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, integrations, and data management to deliver reliable system solutions and process efficiencies that improve the employee and leader experience across the business globally.

Reporting to the Manager, People Systems, you will provide timely, high-quality technical support to the HR team and broader business, including the scoping, implementation,



and optimisation of HR systems projects to ensure accurate, consistent, and efficient outcomes.

As the [Position Title], you will:

Operational BAU Support

• Act as the first and second point of contact for Oracle HCM issues raised by the global workforce through the ticketing system.
• Be the HR domain expert and HCM functional specialist for the implemented modules including Core HR, Talent, Performance, Goals,

Recruitment, Onboarding and Compensation & Benefits.

• Support strategy and roadmap formulation for Oracle HCM and other HR systems, supporting the Manager, People Systems.
• Triage, investigate, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
• Provide ongoing L2/L3 functional and technical support for production issues, service requests, and change requests, ensuring SLA-driven system stability.
• Make system configuration changes, correct data, and troubleshoot issues acro
