Job description:
Modicle Studios is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Videographer to join our content production team. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling end-to-end shoots—right from pre-production planning to execution—and contribute creatively during post-production. Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Production
- Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to understand concepts and objectives
- Plan shoot schedules, shot lists, and locations
- Conduct recce and analyze lighting/camera setup requirements
- Prepare, organize, and test all equipment before shoots
Production
- Capture high-quality video content using professional cameras
- Use the right angles, lighting setups, and framing to enhance storytelling
- Maintain consistent visual style throughout the shoot
- Manage basic on-site audio & visual setup when required
Creative & Post-Production Collaboration
- Share creative ideas and visual direction during and after shoots
- Coordinate with editors to ensure footage meets project vision
- Contribute suggestions to improve video quality, pacing, and engagement
Software Skills
- Adobe Premiere Pro (required)
- Final Cut Pro (preferred)
- Adobe After Effects (basic knowledge is a plus)
- DaVinci Resolve for color grading (added advantage)
- Basic audio syncing & cleanup
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on videography/production experience
- Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting, and cinematic storytelling
- Ability to handle complete shoot workflows independently
- Creative mindset with strong visual sense
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
