Role Overview
As our Marketing Executive, you will own our organic growth engine and social media presence. You aren't just scheduling posts—you’ll be building a community, launching multi-channel campaigns, and driving high-quality leads. This is an in office role blending creativity with demand generation, perfect for someone with 2+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience who wants to make a measurable impact and scale their career.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Community Management
- Own the Channels: Manage, write, and execute the content calendar for our social media channels.
- Brand Voice: Translate complex B2B SaaS features into engaging, relatable, and thought-provoking social content.
- Engagement: Actively engage with industry influencers, prospects,



and customers to build an active, loyal community around our brand.

2. Organic Marketing & Content Creation
- Content Distribution: Repurpose high-performing content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) into social snippets, newsletters, and infographics.
- Copywriting: Draft compelling copy for emails, landing pages, and marketing collateral that resonates with ideal customer profiles (ICPs).

3. Lead Generation & Campaign Management
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute end-to-end inbound marketing campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Email Marketing: Set up, test, and optimize email nurture sequences and monthly newsletters using our marketing automation tools.
- Webinars & Events: Assist in organizing, promoting, and executing webinars or virtual events to drive pipeline.

4. Analytics & Optimization
- Track & Report: Monitor key performance metrics across social channels, email campaigns, a
