A Day in the Life
The Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) Operating Unit develops and delivers an integrated ecosystem of spinal implants, navigation and robotic guidance systems, advanced imaging, and data-driven planning tools that support complex spine and cranial procedures. The Surgical Synergy portfolio combines enabling technologies and implants to help clinicians improve surgical workflow, procedural precision, and patient care.

This role is responsible for leading commercial activities across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Goa, Gujarat, and Chhattisgarh.



The position is field-based and requires regular travel throughout the assigned territory to support customer engagement, business growth, team leadership, and market development initiatives.

This people leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance and market development for the Surgical Synergy (Spine) portfolio across a multi-state territory. The individual will lead and develop a team of sales professionals, build strategic customer relationships, expand market adoption of the portfolio, and execute commercial strategies that support sustainable business growth.
