We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Lead Developer/Architect to design, develop, and implement robust solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role demands deep technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce implementations. Experience in Salesforce frameworks, integration techniques, and Nonprofit Cloud is essential for this role.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, VisualForce, LWC, and AURA frameworks.
- Lead the development of custom applications and workflows, including Salesforce Flows.
- Utilize Omni-Script, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures to build advanced, customized solutions.
- Manage and optimize integrations (inbound and outbound) with third-party systems.
- Provide architectural guidance and best practices to ensure optimal Salesforce performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers,



ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality.
- Develop and implement solutions leveraging Nonprofit Cloud for relevant use cases.
- Use tools like Bitbucket or GitHub for version control and productive code management.
- Conduct rigorous unit testing to ensure the quality and reliability of code.
- Actively participate in Agile processes, including scrum ceremonies, to meet project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio.
- Expertise in Apex, VisualForce, LWC, and AURA frameworks.
- Proficient in Omni-Script, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
- Deep understanding of integration strategies and APIs.
