The Role
The QA Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of POS and e-commerce applications. Working within a cross-functional Agile team of developers, product managers, and QA specialists, this role is responsible for executing both manual and automated testing, contributing to test strategy, defect management and continuous improvement of QA processes.
The QA Analyst collaborates closely with development and business teams to validate retail systems, integrations and store solutions, ensuring high-quality software releases that support business operations.
