- Cold calling, LinkedIn outreach & direct prospectingn
- Generate and qualify leadsn
- Schedule and participate in client meetingsn
- Support site assessments, presentations & proposalsn
- Maintain CRM and consistently follow up on opportunitiesn
- Work with the sales team to take opportunities from prospecting to closuren
nWho we are looking for: Someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, opening recent doors and being measured on results. Strong communication,
persistence and an interest in sustainability/climate-tech are essential.
nCompensation: Fixed Salary + Sales Incentives

nCareer Path: Successful completion of the training period will lead to confirmation in our Sustainability Business Specialist Team, with a structured 12-month development journey to build expertise in sustainability solutions, consultative sales, client engagement, and business development.
