Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop meaningful insights and recommendations to support business and strategic decisions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Create and maintain analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis, interpretation, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
- Identify key business drivers, trends, and performance indicators through data analysis.
- Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven problem solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights aligned with business objectives.
- Continuously improve analytical processes, reporting methodologies, and insight generation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Analytics, Business Insights, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong experience in data interpretation and generating actionable business insights.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex business problems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools.
- Strong presentation and visualization skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Robust attention to detail and data accuracy.
