Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with robust expertise in Java/J2EE technologies, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should possess excellent coding and debugging skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to solve complex technical issues within defined timelines.
The candidate should be capable of understanding application workflows, preparing sequence diagrams, troubleshooting production issues, and delivering high-quality scalable solutions in a fast-paced development environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java/J2EE applications.
- Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot and related Java frameworks.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver efficient solutions.
- Prepare and understand sequence diagrams, application flows, and technical designs.
- Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and bug fixing within committed timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Write clean, maintainable,



and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
- Ensure application reliability, scalability, and high performance.
- Support production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Mandatory Skills:
- Strong coding skills in Java and J2EE
