We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Incoming QC Engineer (Fresher) to inspect and verify incoming materials, equipment, and fabricated components at our Vadodara warehouse. The candidate will ensure that all received materials comply with purchase order requirements, approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards before acceptance.

Job Description
- Perform incoming inspection of mechanical, electrical, fabricated, and bought-out items.
- Verify materials against Purchase Orders (PO), approved drawings, specifications, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Working closely with cross functional teams - Procurement, logistics.
- Review and verify supplier documents, including:
- Material Test Certificates (MTC)
- Calibration Certificates
- Test Reports
- Inspection Reports
- Compliance Certificates
- Conduct dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as:
- Vernier Caliper
- Micrometer
- Height Gauge
- Dial Gauge
- Measuring Tape
- Check visual quality, workmanship, painting, welding, packing, identification, and material traceability.




- Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for any deviations and coordinate with suppliers for corrective actions.
- Maintain incoming inspection records and prepare inspection reports.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Engineering, and Project teams for material acceptance and release.
- Support third-party inspections whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with ISO quality procedures and company quality standards.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in Incoming Quality Inspection, Manufacturing, or Heavy Engineering.
- Fresh candidates with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Valuable understanding of fabrication, machining, welding, and painting inspections.
- Familiarity with pumps, motors, gearboxes, crusher
