Experience
0–6 years (Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer interactions via voice (calls) and non-voice channels (email/chat/tickets) as per process requirements
- Understand customer concerns, provide accurate resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Document interactions clearly and update customer records in internal systems/CRMs
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), compliance guidelines, and quality standards
- Meet defined KPIs such as quality, turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and productivity




- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams with complete details
- Collaborate with team members and participate in process/quality improvement initiatives
- Able to work in shifts.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in an international voice process workplace
- Good listening skills, problem-solving ability, and customer-first mindset
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, email, web tools, and documentation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in international BPO/Customer Support/Back-office operations
- Experience with chat/email support and ticketing tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
