- Craft custom, responsive, interactive UIs with smooth animations & widgets.
- Design efficient state-management (Provider / Bloc).
- Optimize performance, integrate analytics, and own the CI/CD pipeline.

Must-have Nice-to-have Solid Dart / Flutter fundamentals Deep analytics & event-tracking know-how Experience with Provider or Bloc Proven performance-tuning skills Solid Low-Level System Design chops Hands-on with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Functions, Crashlytics) Knowledge of clean architecture principles Familiarity with CI/CD & deployment pipelines Excellent communication & end-to-end ownership mindset
