About the Role:
Lead delivery of corporate and niche cybersecurity trainings, consulting on cybersecurity best practices, and upskilling both client and in-house teams for operational and compliance-driven needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver in-depth cybersecurity programs (offensive, defensive, compliance) based on evolving threat landscapes and GeekSpoc client requirements.
- Align all training curriculum and lab development to global standards (e.g., CEH, Security+, CISSP) and client project technologies.
- Engage directly in consulting engagements, risk audits, and emerging security solution deployments.
- Mentor teams and candidates for certification, upskilling, and live engagement readiness.
- Analyze emerging threats, forming advisory notes and updating training modules as needed.
- Support tech webinars, knowledge sessions, and the public profile of GeekSpoc’s cybersecurity expertise.

Key Skills:
- Expert knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, threats, and commensurate solutions
- IT security consulting experience (risk, audit, solution deployment)




- Up-to-date certification(s) and real-world hands-on implementation
- Content development, live demonstration, and security lab management
- Client-facing communication and technical mentorship
