NKey Responsibilities:

- Administer, monitor, and maintain the IBM FileNet ECM Platform. N
- Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and workplace maintenance activities. N
- Manage users, groups, roles, and access permissions across the FileNet environment. N
- Monitor system health, performance, and repository availability. N
- Troubleshoot platform, application, and content repository issues. N
- Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management activities within agreed SLAs. N
- Coordinate with OEM/vendor support teams for issue resolution and escalation. N
- Perform backup, recovery, and preventive maintenance activities as per FMS scope. N
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational standards. N
- Prepare technical documentation, operational reports, SOPs, and knowledge articles. N
