Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Assistant Manager – Business Development to drive current outlet expansion by identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing suitable commercial properties.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in site acquisition, commercial real estate, retail expansion, and lease negotiation, preferably within the F&B;, Hospitality, QSR, or Retail sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential locations for new restaurant/outlet expansion.
- Conduct market research, site surveys, feasibility studies, and catchment analysis.
- Assess locations based on demographics, footfall, competition, accessibility, rental potential, and market trends.




- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective properties.
- Negotiate with landlords, property owners, brokers, developers, and mall management for favorable commercial terms.
- Handle negotiations related to rent, lock-in period, escalation, lease terms, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Project teams for due diligence, approvals, documentation, and site handover.
- Prepare site evaluation reports, feasibility reports, and expansion proposals for management.
- Track properties from site identification through finalization, possession, and handover.
- Maintain strong relationships with real estate consultants, brokers, landlords, and developers.
- Monitor competitor expansion and market developments within the F&B; sector.
- Provide regular updates to management on property pipeline, negotiations, and expansion progress.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing / Business Development / R
