About the Role
Epitails is looking for a hands-on Head – Sales & Customer Experience to lead and strengthen our complete sales and customer relationship function.
This is not just a team-management role. We are looking for someone who can build discipline, drive conversions, improve CRM usage, coach the team, strengthen customer relationships and work closely with management to grow the business.
The person will own the customer journey from enquiry and follow-up through conversion, customer relationship management, repeat business and referrals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales and customer experience team.
- Own sales targets, conversions, revenue growth and team performance.
- Build strong processes for lead management, follow-ups and conversions.
- Ensure rigorous and accurate usage of the CRM, including pipeline management, lead ageing, callbacks, lost leads and follow-up schedules.
- Review individual team performance and conduct regular coaching, call reviews and performance discussions.
- Recruit, train and develop sales team members as the business grows.




- Ensure customers receive prompt, professional and consistent communication throughout their journey with Epitails.
- Drive customer retention, repeat business, referrals and reactivation of past customers.
- Monitor customer feedback and ensure complaints or concerns are handled effectively.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to review lead quality, campaign performance and customer response.
- Share sales and customer insights with the marketing team to improve campaigns and communication.
- Brainstorm with top management on marketing initiatives, offers, campaigns and business-growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, conversion reports and performance dashboards for management.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer experience.
