Role Description The Sales Support Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in SURAT. This position supports the sales team by handling daily administrative tasks, preparing sales reports, and maintaining accurate customer and order records. The coordinator will respond to customer inquiries, assist in resolving issues, and help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal departments for order processing, tracking deliveries, updating databases and documentation, and supporting the sales team with presentations and follow-up communications.



The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building positive relationships and handling inquiries professionally.
- Analytical Skills for preparing reports, tracking sales data, and identifying trends or issues.
