N### Job Summary
nWe are looking for a Billing Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in residential construction projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of quantity measurement, client and subcontractor billing, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
N### Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills. N
- Measure quantities as per drawings and site progress. N
- Prepare RA bills, finalbills, and billing reports. N
- Maintain billing records and supporting documents. N
- Coordinate with the site, planning, and accounts teams for billing and payment processing. N




- Track work progress against BOQ and work orders. N
- Assist in preparing quantity variations and extra item statements. N
- Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up on approvals. N

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. N
- 4-5 years of experiencein billing for residential construction projects. N
- Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, and construction drawings. N
- Proficient in MicrosoftExcel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and report preparation). N
- Positive communication and coordination skills. N
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. N
