This is not just a recruitment or HR administration role. You will be responsible for ensuring we hire the right people, onboard them effectively, define performance expectations, develop talent, resolve employee concerns, improve retention, and build a strong performance-driven culture. What You Will Own Talent Acquisition: Workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, hiring and offer management Onboarding & Role Clarity: Documentation, induction, KRAs, KPIs, probation and confirmation Performance Management: KPI tracking, monthly reviews, feedback, PIPs and performance improvement Employee Engagement: Regular employee check-ins, recognition, feedback and engagement initiatives Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training/upskilling Employee Relations: Grievances, conflicts, disciplinary matters and workplace concerns Retention & Career Growth: Identify attrition risks, support appraisals,
