NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for a US Admin Associate to provide administrative and operational support to CPAs and CPA firms. The ideal candidate should have a basic to sound knowledge of US Tax forms and processes, Excellent communication skills, and solid attention to detail.
NThis is a non-technical role focused on administrative coordination, documentation, client communication, and supporting CPA/CPA firm operations.
NKey Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and operational support to CPAs and CPA firms. N
- Assist with client onboarding, including collecting required client information, N

ndocuments, and basic details.

- Ensure accurate maintenance of client records and tax documentation. N
- Follow up for missing or pending documents and information. N
- Assist with basic data entry and verification of financial/tax information. N




- Coordinate with CPAs and CPA firms for day-to-day requirements. N
- Track assignments, deadlines, and pending activities. N
- Handle routine email communication and client coordination. N
- Maintain confidentiality of client and financial information. N
- Support other administrative requirements of CPA/CPA firm operations. N

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of US Tax forms and basic US Tax processes. N
- Excellent communicationskills with the ability to communicate professionally. N
- IRS calling experience is preferred. N
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and other basic office tools. N
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy. N
- Good organizational andfollow-up skills. N
- Ability to manage confidential client and financial information. N
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team. N
- Non-technical role – noaccounting or technical skills required.
