Role: Business Development ManagerAs a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and converting opportunities into successful business engagements.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Research target markets, industries, and potential clients to identify growth opportunities.




- Generate and qualify leads and manage the complete sales/business development cycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and work closely with technical/product teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Conduct product and solution demonstrations when required.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts.
- Develop strategic partnerships and explore current channels for revenue growth.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business
