Title: Account Manager (Sales) – Test and Measurement

Position Summary:
The Account Manager role is responsible for developing top-tier accounts in India. This role blends complex technical problems, a consultative solution-based selling culture and exposure to world-renowned technology organizations we proudly call our customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in engineering fields such as mechanical, automation, electrical, or electronics, and a proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies for complex technical solutions. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Identify/ Develop New Business focusing on Test System Integration (design, replication, support) • Maintain/grow existing accounts
• Build/execute/report on account plans through collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, etc.);
• Present Solution concepts and Business proposals to our customers;
• Manage opportunities by leveraging strong relationships you build with world-class pre-sales teams.
• Define account strategies and execute sales plan
• Manage Salesforce CRM to maintain the sales funnel, forecast sales, and generate accurate sales reports. Qualifications: Education & Technical Expertise:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Optical, Electrical preferred);
• Solid understanding of engineering design and manufacturing processes;
• Technical understanding of automation, test, and measurement equipment concepts;
• Experience with automation applications, including precision mechanics and optical systems;
Sales & Account Management Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in custom automation solution selling, including Test & Measurement solutions for Manufacturing Industry;
• Demonstrated experience in consultative technology solution selling of capital equipment to
